Term #12 should be added to <br /> read: The applicant does keep a pit bull in her home which <br /> has created some concern by an adjacent neighbor. Notify applicant. <br />Frolik/ 11/24/98 Council adopted the FOF relating to a request from Renee <br />Complete Juliano for a home occupation permit at 5163 - 146th Circle <br /> NW and approved the issuance of the permit. Notify <br /> applicant. <br />Frolik/ 11/10/98 Council approved the request of the Diamonds Sports Bar and <br />Complete Grill to modify the landscape plan to eliminate the <br /> requirement for establishing vining on the south and west <br /> fence lines based on the findings as presetned by staff. <br /> Council also asked that City staff view the entrance area to <br /> determine what can be done to clean it up. <br />Kusler/ 12/01/98 Enter all written comments that are received by 5:00 p.m., <br />Complete December 28, 1998, into the recorded minutes of the <br /> December 1, 1998 public hearing/meeting. <br />Frolik/ 12/01/98 The Planning Commission recessed the Comp Plan public <br />Complete hearing until December 3, 1998.
