Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Kusler/ 12/03/98 Attach the following as a part of the record of the Arcon <br />Complete rezoning public heating: Attorney Wilbur Dorn's letter dated <br /> December 1, 1998, Attorney Wilbur Dorn's letter dated <br /> December 3, 1998, the Schinzel Family letter received <br /> December 3, 1998, the Notice of Public Hearing, and the <br /> address list of those who received mailed notice. <br />Kusler/ 12/03/98 Make the following corrections ~) the November 2, 1998 <br />Complete Planning Commission meeting minutes: Page 10, ~[3 of Case <br /> #8 should read: "Further Discussion: Commissioner Anderson <br /> explained he would abstain from the motion for three reasons <br /> - (1) He was philosophically opposed to certain aspects of <br /> Tax Increment Financing; (2) The action was to amend a <br /> document he has not had an opportunity to review; and (3) <br /> Since only receiving the agenda three days earlier, he has not <br /> had sufficient time to acquaint himself with the issues." Page <br /> 11, 1st sentence of ~14 of Commission Input should read: <br /> "Commissioner Anderson requested documentation be <br /> provided prior to the December, 1998 Planning Commission <br /> meeting showing when the area bounded by Highway 47 on <br /> the west, the Rum River on the east, 153rd Avenue on the <br /> south and the Boy Scout Camp on the north was brought into <br /> the MUSA, and copies of the ordinance rezoning such from <br /> R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential." <br />Frolik/ 12/03/98 The Planning Commission recommended that City Council <br />Complete adopt the Prigge Findings of Fact, amended in the affirmative. <br /> Forward to Council. <br />Frolik/ 12/03/98 The Plahning Commission recommended that City Council <br />Complete approve Christine Prigge's request for a home occupation <br /> permit and adopt a resolution declaring terms of same. <br /> Forward to Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
