The City has established a stormwater management fund <br />at a rate of $3,658 per acre for commercial plats. In this case, Lot 1 (hotel property) is <br />exempt from the total land calculation in computing the amount of stormwater management <br />fees due on this plat. Lot 2, exclusive of the ponding area (Outlot A) to be incorporated into <br />it, will be subject to the fee. <br /> <br />Trunk Sewer and Water Fees. As of January 1, 1999, the tnmk sewer and water fees will <br />be $9,324.00 per acre. Lot 1 is exempt from the fee. Lot 2, including the ponding area <br />(Outlot A) to be incorporated into it, is subject to the fee. <br /> <br />Park Dedication. Park dedication <br />subject property was platted as Lot <br />dedication is due at this time, <br /> <br />on the subject property was satisfied at the time the <br />1, Block 1, Riverview Estates. No additional park <br /> <br />· Pedestrian Traffic: As part of the development of the hotel site, it was agreed that there <br /> would be a 6 foot wide concrete or an 8 foot wide bituminous pedestrian path constructed <br /> along the west side of Sunfish Lake Blvd. from the stop lights at Hwy. #10 to the intersection <br /> of Riverdale Drive. The Developer should put any future of owner of what will now be Lot 2 <br /> on notice of this outstanding improvement. <br />· <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 1999, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.
