. § 8.61 Multiple dwellings <br /> <br />8.01.02 Organization and Enforcement. The organization of the Building Department <br />and enforcement of the Code shall be as established by Cchat¢/~-2-~ the Uniform Building Code <br />-l-ggg-F~R-i~ as adopted by the State of Minnesota. Tar paper, unfinished <br /> plywood, fiberboard insulation, foam insulation, brown coat orscratch coat <br /> of stucco, plastic sheeting and other similar materials not designed to be an <br /> exterior f'mish shall not be considered an acceptable exterior f'mish. The <br /> Building Official may grant a 90 day extension if there is an unusual <br /> hardship, such as bad weather. Further time extensions must be approved <br /> by the City Council. This section shall pertain to all current and future <br /> building permit holders. Holders of permits issued prior to January 1, <br /> 1996, shall have until April l, 1997 to complete the exterior f'mish on said <br /> structure(s). <br /> <br />Powers of Officers: Whenever in the judgment of the City <br />Administrator (or other such officers as may be determined by the <br />Administrator), a determination is made upon investigation that a <br />particular permit holder has not complied with said regulations, <br />they shall issue written notice to the owner of record and require <br />him/her to complete the exterior f'mish on said structure(s). <br />Service of said notice shall be in person or by mall.
