Plat name has been changed to River Pines. Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 3rd Addition. Execute Development Agreement, Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 4th Addition. Execute Development Agreement. Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 5th Addition and directed that the City's Public Works Department install a gate to impede traffic, except for emergency vehicles, at the intersection of 158th Avenue and Potassium Street in the Apple Ridge 5th Addition, which installation shall be at such time as said 158th Avenue is accepted for use by the City. Director of Public Workshops requested .having input on the design of the gate. Execute Development Agreement but amend it by adding that the Developer shall deposit with the City, a non-refundable sum of $1,500 to defray the City's expense of installing a gate at the intersection of 158th Avenue and Potassium Street NW in the Apple Ridge 5th Subdivision. Frolik/ Pending 6/23/98 With regard to the No Wake ~ Rum River - Council made the following motion - To extend the no wake to the Ramsey side of the river that does not interfere with Andover from our southern City limits to approximately 149th Avenue and to direct staff to prepare an ordinance to introduce at the next Council meeting reflecting the motion. Council also asked that staff continue to communicate with the City of Andover to establish their identified area number 4 (151st to 153rd) as a no wake zone contingent upon Andover eliminating areas 1, 2 and 3 from their no wake proposal. Andover agreed to eliminate areas I, 2, and 3. Ramsey is pursuing a no-wake with Anoka to cover that area between 139th and 149th. The Andover/Ramsey ordinance is at the DNR for review.
