Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/Pending <br /> <br />6/23/98 <br /> <br />With regard to number of dogs one can have, etc. <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen asked that the entire City be <br />looked at - population wise, parcel size, etc. with regard to <br />standards for the City. the Planning Comm,.'ssion <br />recommended going to three dogs versus two. Ordinance <br />is going to City Council April 13. <br /> <br />Walther/ 8/4/98 Research and advise the Planning Commission as to the status of <br />Pending the large mound of dirt on the property between the SuperAmerica <br /> and the daycare on Highway #47. <br /> <br />Sherman/Frolik/ 10/06/98 The Planning Commission recommended that City Council <br />Pending deny the proposed site plan for C.R. Concrete Design because <br /> the site is subject to the development moratorium adopted by <br /> the City Council on August 25, 1998 and effective on <br /> September 28, 1998. Forward to Council. If Council elects to <br /> grant an exception to the moratorium, the site plan is to be <br /> returned to the Planning Commission for review. Forward to <br /> Council. Council requested additional information from <br /> the County regarding future alignment of C.R. #116 west <br /> of Armstrong Boulevard. <br />Frolik/ 9/10/98 Findings re variance to height restriction for senior housing <br />Pending facility: The Board of Adjustment accepted #1 through #13 <br /> as presented and amended the following: #14 to read "That <br /> the special conditions causing the undue hardship, restrictions <br /> based on fire suppression reach capabilities, do result from <br /> the actions of the Applicant." #15 to read "That if denied, the <br /> Community will be deprived of constructing a facility that <br /> will help achieve the City's life-cycle housing goals under the <br /> I Livable Communities Act at this time." #16 through #19 <br /> amend in the affirmative. Add a finding to require a NFPA <br /> 13 sprinkler system with dry system in attic. <br />Frolik/ 9/10/98 Execute Resolution #98-09-220A (Bawden/WivodaJLaDue <br />Pending absent) adopting the amended Findings of Fact #0472 as they <br /> relate to a request for a variance to height restrictions for a <br /> senior housing facility. <br />Frolik/ 9/10/98 Execute Resolution #98-09-220B (Anderson/Bawden/LaDue <br />Pending absent) approving a variance to height restrictions for the <br /> proposed seniors apartment building at 14351 Dysprosium <br /> Street NW in accordance with the August 25, 1998 comments <br /> of the Fire Chief, and declaring terms of same. <br /> <br /> <br />
