Monthly Status Report Frolik/ 01/05/99 The Planning Commission approved the sketch plan for G-B Complete Properties First Addition and recommended City Council grant final plat approval contingent upon adding Outlot A onto Lot 2 as an easement. Frolik/ 01/05/99 Findings re Moulzolf CLIP request: The Planning Complete Commission accepted #1 through #10 as presented, amended #11 through #17 in the affirmative, and recommended that City Council adopt the Findings of Fact as amended. Frolik/ 01/05/99 Findings re Connexus Energy's CLIP request: The Planning Complete Commission amended the findings in the affirmative and amended #1 to read "That on December 11, 1999, Connexus Energy, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," properly applied for a conditional use permit for two ground signs (one of which will be oversized) in the business warehouse district."
