Payment of this fee would be required prior to release oft. he plat <br />for recording at the County. <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Planting Plan: The developer must submit a Landscape Plan as <br />an addendum to the Preliminary Plat. This plan should identify existing tree growth that <br />will be preserved during construction and the new planting of one 2-inch diameter tree, of <br />an approved species, in the front yard of each lot. The developer should contact Parks <br />and Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos at 427-8254 to make arrangements for the submittal <br />of the required Landscape Plan. i No grading will be allowed until this requirement is <br />fulfilled. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday', April 6, 1999 to consider <br />your request for preliminary plat approval of Nortlxfork Itasca Point. It is important that you, or <br />your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise. For your <br />information, a copy of the ease cover sheet is enclosed.
