Monthly Status Report Walther/ 01/05/99 Regarding the proposed ordinance amending Sections 9.03.05 Pending and 9.ti.20 of the City Code, the Planning Commission amended the following: Section 9.03.05, subdivision 2, ci3 should read "Color rendering(s), and, when requested by the City, colored material samples." Forward to City Council. Frolik/ 5/11/99 Council approved the proposed site plan for Sharp and Jankowski/ Associates for Lot 1 in AEC Energy Park 3rd Addition Pending contingent upon compliance with the City staff review letter dated April 1, 1999, and the developer entering into a development agreement with the City. Specifically mentioned was the drainage. Execute Development Agreement. Frolik/ 5/11/99' Execute Resolution #99-05-088 (Gamec/HendrikserdAtl) Gustafsort/ approving the issuance of a music festival license to Goodrich/ Diamonds Sports Bar and Grill, Inc.,. Following is the list of Pending items wants checked into or amended: Close the outdoor liquor sales at 9:00, but allow the music to go to 9:30 to allow for encore, etc. Overflow parking will take place on Outlot A. Clarify insurance cov.erage for the 12-month timeframe, clarify police presence (Mr. Gruber will work this out with Chief Gustafson), Cease serving liquor on the patio between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., the City Attorney is to review the final draft of the liquor license, the Diamonds must provide the City with a hold harmless and insurance coverage for Outlot A. Councilmember Hendriksen asked that the number of off-street parking spaces be verified also. Olson/Complete 05/0~/99 Per Chairperson Anderson, correct the Planning Commission meeting minutes dated 04/06/99, page 8, paragraph 2 should read: "explained his company currently manufactures" rather than "explained his company current by manufactures". Additional correction on page 12 should read "a normal high water mark of 869".
