Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/ 05/04/99 !Re Rome request for CUP: The Planning Commission <br />Complete recommended that City Council adopt Findings of Fact in the <br /> affirmative, including an amendment to #16 to add the words <br /> "in any material respect," after "will not adversely impair," <br /> and to approve William Rome's request for a CUP to exceed <br /> the total amount of accessory building space and the single <br /> building size restrictions on their property at 16100 <br /> Dysprosium Street NW, and declaring terms for same. <br /> Forward to Council. <br /> <br />Frolik/ 05/04/99 Re Cobey request for a Home Occupation Permit for a <br />Complete cattery: The Planning Commission recommended that City <br /> Council adopt the Findings of Fact in the affirmative and <br /> amend #7 to state that the proposal is for a maximum of 24 <br /> cats, 16 weeks of age and older, on the property at any given <br /> time. Re the terms of the HOP: The Planning Commission <br /> recommended that the request be granted, amending the terms <br /> as follows: Item 1 should state that the permit will be <br /> granted to the property owner, not the property. Item 2 <br /> should state 24 cats older than 16 weeks of age. Item 3 <br /> should read "relating to. the operation of the cattery" <br /> instead of "relating to cats". Item 6 should read "That the <br /> Permittee shall provide the City with a copy of the annual <br /> inspection report required by the Cat Fanciers' Association, <br /> or a yearly inspection by a veterinarian;" Add a term <br /> stating that the applicant may construct a 4x8 business <br /> sign. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />Frolik/ 05/04/99 The Planning Commission recommended City Council grant <br />Pending preliminary plat approval to Northfork Itasca Point, <br /> contingent upon compliance with Staff review letter dated <br /> 3/31/99 with the exception of recommendations for <br /> modifying the grading plan. Forward to Council. Council <br /> tabled until June 8. <br />Frolik/ 05/04/99 The Planning Commission accepted the sketch plan for the <br />Pending Ronald Danner minor subdivision contingent upon <br /> compliance with Staff review letter dated 4/28/99 and advised <br /> the applicant to proceed to Final Plat stage. Forward to <br /> Council. Council tabled until June 8 for more <br /> information. <br /> <br /> <br />
