Monthly Status Report Frolik/ 05/04/99 The Planning 'Commission accepted the ske'tch plan for the Pending Ronald Danner minor subdivision contingent upon compliance with Staff review letter dated 4/28/99 and advised the applicant to proceed to Final Plat stage. Forward to Council. Council tabled until June 8 for more information. On June 8, I999, Council tabled until June 22, 1999, for staff to draft findings of fact. On June 22, Council tabled the case until August at the applicant's request. Frolik/ 03/02/99' The Planning commission recommended that City Council Pending approve the proposed site plan for Kenko contingent upon exception to the moratorium and resolution of sewer and water issues. Forward to Council. Council tabled. Fr~lik/ 05/04/~9 Execute Resolution ~99-05-075 (Johnson/Nixt/Jensen and Pending Wivoda absent) adopting Findings of Fact #0492, relating to Northfork. Itasca Point, amended in the affirmative and as follows: item #4 and item #9 should read "Provides for a minimum of not less than 150 feet from the ordinary high water mark", and recommended substituting the word "minimum" for "recommended" in item #6 and include after the wording "which are considered riparian". Frolik/ 05/04/99 Execute Resolution #99-05-076 (Johnson/Nixt~Jensen and Pending Wivoda absent) approving North Fork, ][nc.'s request for a variance in Northfork Itasca Point from Sections 9.21.04 (Shoreland Overlay District Development Standards) and Section 9.50.33 (Streets) of the Ramsey City Code, and adding the wording on item C to read "resulting in a minimum setback of 160 feet", item D to read "resulting in a minimum setback of 156 feet", item E to read "resulting in a minimum setback 16I feet", and #3 stating "Permitting the applicant will work with the DNR on minimizing the DNR impact" Frolik/ 06/01/99 The planning Commission ~edomme'nded City ~ouncil grant Complete final plat approval to Osterkamp Addition.
