Monthly Status Report Frolik/ 06/01/99 Re Knoll request for a CUP: The Plarming ~ohun{ssion Complete recommended that City Council adopt the Findings of Fact in the affirmative and approve the Knoll's request for a conditional use permit to maintain four adult dogs at 6020 151st Lane NW, declaring terms of same as presented.. Forward to Council. Frolik/Olsorff 06/01/99 The Planning Commission recommen~ted City Council adopt Complete findings of fact relating to the application from Jim and Kathy Weidenbach for an environmental permit for landscape alterations in the Mississippi Scenic Overlay. The following changes need to be made to the Resolution: #1 should read "..a certified, licensed, or degreed landscape architect to develop a Landscape Plan, considering transmittal..." And add the sentence "Any objection to the submitted landscape plan must be provided to the permit holder in writing within 10 days of receipt or the plan shall be deemed approved.", #3 should read "City Staff will set a completion date upon receipt of an acceptable landscape plan." Forward to Council. Frolik/Olson/ 06/0~/99 The Planning Commission recommended City Council ad'opt Complete findings of fact relating to the application from Terry and Jane Luke for an environmental permit for landscape alterations in the Mississippi Scenic Overlay.
