9.20.11 <br /> <br />R-1R Residential District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district in to accommodate single <br />family dwelling units on suitable land in the Urban Reserve, Rural Transition and Rural Service <br />Areas of the City. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses <br /> <br />Single family detached dwellings <br />Agriculture <br />Public par-~s Uses excluding municipal liquor stores <br />Accessory Uses as permitted in §9.11.02 <br />Noncommercial Horse Boarding <br />Churches (except that no church will be permitted in a building designed <br />primarily for residential use without first applying for and obtaining a <br />conditional use permit and that no church structure wilI be converted to a <br />commercial use upon the expiration of the occupancy and/or the conditional <br />use permit without obtaining a separate conditional use permit for the newly <br />proposed commercial use.) <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Standards <br /> <br />Lot Area and Density: .............................................
