MnAPA - Minnesota Chapter of the American Planning Association <br /> <br />Visit three suburban communities that have enhanced or created downtown areas in ways that <br />encourage mixed uses, pedestrian-friendly spaces, and higher density development. Is it New <br />Urhanist, or just new and urban? You decide.
