Heritage Millwork Review Letter <br />September 28, 1999 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: In accordance with City Code and the Business Park 95 <br />covenants, the exterior of the buildings is proposed to consist of pre-cast concrete panels <br /> <br />that will match the color and texture of the existing building. The building expansion <br />will not exceed 25 feet, which meets the City Code maximum height of 35 feet. <br /> <br />The Site Plan and Elevations also propose a 30' X 50' canopy over the east garage door <br />extending from the building. The canopy and columns are proposed to be pre-finished <br />metal matching the color of the existing window frames. The metal canopy is a deviation <br />from the architectural standards and requires the approval of City Council. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan: The specifications of the proposed lighting fixtures comply with City <br />Code. <br /> <br />Business Park 95 Covenants: The site plan is subject to the review of the Business Park <br />95 Architectural Review Board. The date and time of that meeting will be announced at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on <br />Tuesday, October 5, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. Staff suggests that you, or your representative, be <br />present at this meeting to answer any questions that may arise. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the case cover sheet for the Planning <br />Commission meeting.
