Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #17: Approve Appraisal of Fire Station Site <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained that the property on Armstrong Boulevard has been appraised <br />at $40,600. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to approve the <br />appraised amount of $40,600 for the Fire Station site on Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br />Motion can'ied. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolty, Hendriksen, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to stay the <br />action regarding the Public Works Committee until more information is received. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Connolly. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to disband the <br />Finance Committee and n-take it part of the regular Council agenda. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Zimmerman stated that one of the reasons for having <br />committee meetings is to cut down the time of Council meetings and allow for more discussion. <br />Thinks committees are a vital process. Councilmember Commlly stated that she would like to <br />explore other options before the Committee is disband. City Attorney Goodrich suggested that <br />the City Administrator give some input on the Committees. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Anderson, and Hendriksen.
