ORDINANCE #99-XX <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE WHICH IS KNOWN AS <br />THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.02 OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE <br />ESTABLISHING DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br /> <br /> Section 9.02, entitled "Definitions", shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Repeal the following definition: "Dog Kennel". <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance 99-__, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 9.02 shall be amended to repeal an existing definition of dog kennel in the Zoning and <br />Subdvision of Land Chapter 9. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
