Ms. Hill asked if they are <br />supposed to come back in after the comp plan is done and <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen hoped they would be a part of the <br />meetings to discuss the Highway #10 corridor with regard to the <br />comp plan. She added that there would be public notification of these <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Research townships and other cities regarding the scope and <br />structure, of their appeals board including what can be appealed <br />and in what order their process occurs. <br /> <br />Research how the issue of garage businesses is handled in other <br />cities. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer suggested the City purchase reusable 4'x8' <br />signs for posting property that is in the land use application <br />process; the City could evoke the policy and require the developer <br />to erect the sign or pay a fee for Public Works to position the sign. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 3rd <br />Addition. Execute Development Agreement. Plat name has <br />been changed to River Pines 2. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 4th <br />Addition. Execute Development Agreement. Plat name has <br />been changed to River Pines 3. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 5th <br />Addition and directed that the City's Public Works <br />Department install a gate to impede traffic, except for <br />emergency vehicles, at the intersection of 158th Avenue and <br />Potassium Street in the Apple Ridge 5th Addition, which <br />installation shall be at such time as said 158th Avenue is <br />accepted for use by the City. Director of Public Workshops <br />requested having input on the design of the gate. Execute <br />Development Agreement btit amend it by adding that the <br />Developer shall deposit with the City, a non-refundable sum <br />of $1,500 to defray the City's expense of installing a gate at <br />the intersection of 158th Avenue and Potassium Street NW in <br />the Apple Ridge 5th Subdivision.. Plat name has been <br />changed to River Pines 4. <br /> <br /> <br />
