Co <br /> <br />Removal of Special Flood Hazard Area Designation. The Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has established criteria for <br />removing the special flood hazard area designation for certain structures <br />properly elevated on fill above the 100-year flood elevation. FEMA's <br />requirements incorporate specific fill compaction and side slope protection <br />standards for multi-structure or multi-lot developments. These standards <br />should be investigated prior to the initiation of site preparation if a change of <br />special flood hazard area designation will be requested. <br /> <br /> SuiJd. 12. Violations and Penalty. General Conditions. As a condition of final plat approval the <br />Development Agreement shall make provision in the manner hereinafter set forth for the <br />installation, at the Bole expense of the subdivider, of such improvements as shall be required by <br />the City, which i~provements may include, but are not limited to items included in Subd. 2a 1 <br />and 2. The inst~illation of said improvements shall be in conformity with City approved <br />construction plansland specifications and all applicable City standards and code sections. The <br />Subdivider shall net commence with construction of improvements until financial assurances are <br />provided as contai~led in the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Su§d. 2. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City to, as soon as <br />practicable after approval of the proposed plat, require the installation of all <br />of the following improvements within the subdivision. In addition to Stage I <br />and Stage II Improvements, additional improvements may be required in the <br />specific Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Stage I Improvements.
