That all occupants of the structure shall be provided with off-street parking and no more than 4 cars shall be parked outside; all other vehicles and equipment on the property must be stored indoors. No unlicensed or inoperable vehicles shall be parked outside. That the Permit Holder herein agrees to absolve the City from any and all obligation associated with the issuance of this conditional use permit as a result of the intensified use of the property. 8. That the Permit Holder herein agrees to accept all responsibility for maintaining the structure in accordance with applicable building, housing and fire codes. 9. That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit. 10. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 1I. That the Permit Holder agrees that this Permit shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this Permit shall run with the land and shall bind the Permit Holder, his/her successors and assigns. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the~ day of February, 1998.
