At the tin of preliminary plat approval, Staff noted that the Tree Preservation Plan indicated a <br />high cone ~tration of trees in the center of the plat. Therefore, elongated lots were platted in that <br />area in thC interest of tree preservation. However, it was noted that the house pads were placed <br />to the rea; of those lots which would seem to require unnecessary loss of trees.
