The provision of guidance or the drafting of an ordinance which would create consistency between the Charter Amendments and the zoning ordinance (optional service). If it can be demonstrated that the best approach is to incorporate the Charter Amendments into the City's zoning ordinance, the Consultant will provide professional assistance in drafting such regalations (optional). For services outlined in paragraphs l through 10, IqKGi will bill the City of Ramsey on an hourly plus expenses basis an amount in the range of Twelve Thou.rand Five Hundred to Sevctlteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500 to $t7,500) (hourly rate schedule attached). The masons for the fee range is that there are meetings that the City may not elect to have HKGi participate in. The number of parcels that will need to be evaluated will also be a factor in how much fee will be required. Also, some work may already have been done by landowners.
