June 28, 1988 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of the final plat contingent on the <br />following: <br /> <br />The developer comply with all the requirements listed in this <br />letter and the city Code. <br /> <br />The developer post the required bond or escrow and enter into a <br />developer's agreement to complete the improvements. We have <br />estimated the cost of improvements based on a suburban street <br />section to be $48,300. The bond or escrow is 125 percent of <br />the estimated cost or $60,375. <br /> <br />The developer agrees to complete Stage II improvements (seal <br />coating) as stated in Article 170.039c of the City Code.
