("Permittee"), a Minnesota corporation, to construct a 256 square foot accessory <br />storage building ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. Energy Park Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br /> engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Conley Associates and dated <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. Any site grading and drainage shall be sUbject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Application of crushed gravel to building site; <br />Installation of six (6) foot high chain link fence around the perimeter of the <br />stmcture; <br />Installation of landscape materials in accordance with the Landscape Plan <br />prepared by and dated <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure is subject to prior approval by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
