STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> METRO DIVISION <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />Memorandum of Understanding between: <br />The State of Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation, and <br />The City of t~ams~e.y and DolDhin Real Estate Partnership <br />RE: The construction of a frontage road and granting of a temporary <br />permit on the north side of TH 10 west of Anoka County Road 56. <br /> <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding is made and entered into by <br />and between the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "State", the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />acting by and through its City Council, hereinafter referred to as the "City" <br />and Dolphin Real Estate Partnership, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Developer". <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State, City and Developer concur in the interest of <br />providing a safe and efficient transportation syster~, it i'~ necessary to <br />protect signalized intersections from access that is located less than 500 <br />feet from the corner. <br /> <br /> Therefore, it is the intent of the State, 'City and Developer to work <br />toward the following objectives: <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
