This permit is requested to <br />operate a duplex dwelling unit in the single family residential district at 16001 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW. <br /> <br />We are the next door neighbors to said property, living at 16000 Now[hen Blvd. NW. <br />Although we believe Scott and Gwyn to be good neighbors, keeping their property in <br />excellent condition, we do not feel the change in zoning use to be beneficial to the <br />value of our property. We purchased this property with the understanding we were <br />living within the zoned area of single-family dwellings. It is important to us to maintain <br />our property value, and, at the same time, our privacy. <br /> <br />We regret we are unable to attend this public hearing. Please let it be known that we <br />do not wish to see the request for a conditional use permit to operate a duplex <br />dwelling unit in the single family residential district at 16001 Now[hen Blvd. NW. <br />approved. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br />"u~san H.
