Administrator Frolik stated the dwelling could be rented to one family without a Conditional Use <br />Permit, but not to two families without a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Ms. Simpson stated the property was vacant for 18 months prior to their purchase. She indicated <br />they have invested $28,500 in renovating the property and stated plans to paint and re-roof the house <br />in the summer. She said they have neighbors who support the property being used as rental property. <br />The structure has two separate entrances, both units with the same square footage and separate <br />utilities. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner LaDue, to identify the letter received <br />from Susan Hamilton and James Donovan as Document A; and, identify the letter received from the <br />Simpson's as Document B, and to incorporate these documents into the public hearing record. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Terry, and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None.
