Councilmember Beyer mentioned along .with planting trees in memory of someone, it could also <br />be done in honor of something - birth of children, grandchildren, etc. <br /> <br />Sharon Jensen, Planning Commission, suggested that maybe the City could solicit volunteers to <br />work on the old town hall. She stated it appears that nothing is being done in the renovation of <br />that building. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the old town hall is, in fact, being worked on. It is now being shored <br />up and the foundation made solid. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to the historical significance of the building and the fact that if it is <br />moved, its historical designation would be lost.
