Norman <br /> Administrative Services Manager Linda Waite Smith <br /> Finance Officer Jessie hart <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Garnet called the regular meeting &the Finance Committee to order at 6:03 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1: Authorize Purchase of Three Squads <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart noted that all capital purchases have been temporarily delayed, however, <br />the purchase of squad cars through the purchasing venture is a time sensitivity issue.
