The final plat consists of two sheets dated <br />March 4, 1998. We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />General: The plat is in the Industrial District and consists of two lots. <br /> <br />Lot Sizes and Dimensions: Both of the lots exceed the one-acre minimum lot size requirement <br />and the 200-foot lot width requirement. <br /> <br />Grading and Drainage Plan: A detailed grading and drainage plan has been provided with the <br />site plans submitted for the development of the lots by Northern Airgas and Peck Properties. <br /> <br />Streets: The plat includes the northerly extension of Radium Street off of McKinley Street, <br />which will require vacation of a portion of the McKinley Street right-of-way. Those proceedings <br />have been initiated. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The Park Commission reviewed the plat at their regular meeting in March. <br />Park dedication will consist of a cash payment to the Marble Park district. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: <br />per acre. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />The plat is subject to a stormwater management fee of $3577 <br /> <br /> ·, ~.; ""' ~ <br />Steve J.
