I '1 I I I I I I i I I I i I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 98-03- RESOLUTION GRANTING SEVENTH ADDITION WltEREAS, the City development purposes; and FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A, BUSINESS PARK 95 FOURTH ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, -and- That part of vacated McKinley Street lying northerly of the westerly extension of the southerly line of said Outlot A, BUSINESS PARK 95 FOURTH ADDITION. AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on March 2, 1998; and WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied with a cash contribution to the Marble Recreation District. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the Rarnsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Business Park 95 Seventh Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 24th day of March, 1998.
