ACQUISITION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ASSOCIATED DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENTS FOR COUNTY ROAD gl 16 EXTENSION <br /> By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On September 23, 1997, the City Council adopted Resolution #97-09-282 which was a resolution <br />authorizing acquisition of right-of-way and associated drainage easements for construction of the <br />County Road # 116 extension.
