~J/l~/~ 14:B'? ~W UFFiCES 2148 4TH ~UE ~ 61~ 427 5545 ~u.~u~ Councilmember introduced the following re~olution and I · oved for its a~pt~°n:- RIt~OLUTZOH I%UTiIOILI 2 Z N0 ACQUIBITION OF PROPERTY FOR HI~H~AY NB~RBAB, the extension of c.R.#116 between C.R.#56 and C.R. #83 will greatly enhance the arterial transportation network within the city of Ramsey, and consequently will benefit the health, safety and w~lfare of the City; and ~~, Anoka County requires the City to obtain the right of way for this road extension; and WHP~EA~, the City find~ it necessary to acquire fee title to the real property described below forths required right of way, a permanent utility easement for the necessary drainage facilities associated w$th~he new roadway and a temporary construot easements to facilitate the construction; and · ll~P~fl, the City has authority to acquire the real property for the Public Improvement by eminent domain pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 117: and WHEREA~, the City has the right to acquire the real property prior tO the filing of an award by the Court appointed commis- sioners, p%lrsuant to Minn.
