The City Administrator is authorize~ to negotiate <br />and represent the City of Ramsey in all proceedings. <br /> <br />That. if the real property ~s described above cannot be <br />acqu/red by direct negotiatlon, it shall be acquired, by <br />eminent domain. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes acquisition of the <br />~aid real prope~y by eminent domain and to take title and <br />possession of that land prior to filing of an award by the <br />Court Appointed Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />§117.011 and §117o042. <br /> <br />That the City Attorney is authorized to file the necessary <br />petition therefore, and to prosecute such action to a <br />successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or <br />terminate~ by the City or Court. <br /> <br />That the City A~ministrator is authorized to expend necessary <br />funds for appraisals of above described real property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />secon~e~ by Council~mber and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof= <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />and the <br /> <br />following abstained:.
