However, there are 50+ cases that I have become <br />aware of while inspecting property complaints that are in violation of City Code and <br />deserve attention. I have not received complaints from residents on these cases, but I <br />may have time to devote to these other properties as the backlog diminishes. Eventually, <br />I will be asking the Planning Commission and City Council for clear direction and <br />priorities in bringing these properties into compliance. The majority of these properties <br />are in violation of ordinances regarding junk vehicles, off-street parking of private and <br />commercial use vehicles, condition of premises, and illegal signs. <br /> <br /> If you have questions regarding specific properties, I would prefer to answer <br />those privately. <br /> <br /> <br />
