9.21.07 Critical River Overlay District Development Standards. Subdivision 1. Zoning Provisions. The following standards shall apply to the Critical River Area as shown on the official environmental overlay map of the City. Where the requirements of the underlying zoning district as shown on the official zoning map are more restrictive than those set forth herein, then the more restrictive standards shall apply: a.
