Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #98-04- RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR POLICE CHIEF DAVID GUSTAFSON WItEREAS, David A. Gustafson was appointed Police Chief of the City of Ramsey, effective April 9, 1997, subject to a one-year probationary per/od; and WltEREAS, David A. Gustafson has successfully completed his probationay period and his performance has been documented as more than satisfactory by the City Administrator; 1998; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its April 14, 1998 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for Police Chief David A. Gustafson, effective April 9, t998. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms th~ recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary per/od for Polled[Chief David A.
