APR-22-98 WED 8'58 AM LfNDBERG & MCK[NNfS PA FAX NO. 612 689 9806 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Agreement is made and entered into this ~ day of April, 1998, by and between <br />the City of Ramsey, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br />hereinafter CITY; and Craig Bjorklund and Diane Bjorklund, husband and wife, and Wesley <br />Bjorkhmd and Lois Bjorklund, husband and wife, dba Bjorklund Ready-Mix, hereinafter <br />BJORKLUND: <br /> <br /> WHEP~AS, BJORKI,UND |s the fee owner of real property located in the County of <br />Anoka, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />The North 175 feet of Outlet A and the North 175 feet of Lot 1, <br />Block 3, Business Park 95 Seventh Addition, <br /> <br />according to the Sketch Plan prepared by Hakanson Anderson Assoc., Inc. dated April 9, 1998, a <br />copy of which is attached and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A; and <br /> <br /> WIqEREAS, CITY is the fee owner of real property located in the County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, legally described as fbllows, to-wit: <br /> <br />The South 95 feet of Outlet A; the South S)5 feet of Lot 1, Block 3; <br />and the South 90 feet of Lot 2, Block 3, Business Park 95 Seventh <br />Addition, according to the Sketch Plan attached as Exhibit A; and <br />the South 95 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park, e×cepting <br />therefrom right-of-way retained for 139th Avenue Northwest; and <br /> <br /> WIqEREAS, the parties hereto agree that the legal descriptions contained herein and used <br />by reference are used for thc purposes ofillustratlon and for the purpose of avoiding, for this <br />Agreement, the usc of metes and bounds descriptions on the existing legal descriptions as are <br />currently platted.
