Mr. Jankowski felt that the City needs the water source more than it needs the storage at this point in time. Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to recommend that Council authorize expending the additional $8,000 to re-blast Well No. 4 and that if it should exceed $98,000, staffwill bring that back for discussion.
