Payment of this fee would be required prior to release of the plat for recording at the <br />County. <br /> <br />Park Trail Development Fe,: The City has also enacted a trail development fee at a rate of <br />$100.00 per lot. Payment of this fee would be required prior to release of the plat for <br />recording at the County. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 1998 at the Rarnsey <br />Municipal Center to consider your request for final plat approval of Apple Ridge 2nd Addition. <br />A copy of the case cover sheet and proposed development agreement is enclosed for your <br />information.
