Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #98-05- RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER BRIAN E. IHNOT WHEREAS, Brian E. Ilmot began employment at the City of Ramsey on November 3, 1997 as a Public Works Maintenance Worker in salary grade 7, with an annual salary of $22,152; and WltEREAS, Public Works Supervisor Mede Mevissen, Mr. ltmot's immediate supervisor, has given a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Mr. Ihnot and recommends retaining Mr. Ihnot at the City of Ramsey as a regular full-time employee, effective May 3, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its May 12, 1998 meeting agreed with the recommendation to retain Mr. Ihnot as a regular, full-time employee, effective May 3, 1998. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Brian E. Ihnot and change in status to regular, full-time employee, effective May 3, 1998. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of May 1998.
