As requested, the proposed project <br />will include the plans and specifications, surveying, project management, <br />construction staking and inspections. In addition, we will do a grading and <br />drainage plan for the A& R Manufacturing, Inc. site (Lot 1, Block 1). <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are <br />confident we can provide high quality services at cc.repetitive prices. As previously <br />requested, we have split our costs into three areas, basic engineering services, <br />technical engineering services and testing. We haw~ also separated the cost of the <br />A & R Manufacturing, Grading and Drainage Plan. ()ur estimated "not to exceed" <br />costs for basic services and our estimated cost for lechnical engineering services <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />t <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I.
