RECOMMEND AUTHORIZATION TO FILL SENIOR ACCOUNTANT POSITION <br /> <br />By: Linda Waite Smith, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The appointment of Diana J. Lund to the Finance Officer position leaves the Senior Accountant <br />position open. The Senior Accountant position is an exempt position that works closely with the <br />Finance Officer to administer the Finance Department Computer system and prepare the annual <br />audit report, among other duties. The Senior Accountant provides work direction to the <br />Accounting Clerk and the Clerk Typist.
