Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF DIANA J. LUND AS FINANCE <br />OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 31, 1998, the City of Ramsey's Finance Officer resigned; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the position was advertised, applications were received and rated and a <br />series of interviews were held; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the City Council interviewed two finalists on June 9, 1998, and authorized <br />the City Administrator to offer the position to Diana J. Lund; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That Diana J. Lund be appointed Finance Officer, effective June 24, 1998, at an annual <br />salary of $52,500. <br /> <br />2) That Diana J.
