The grading request for Site B is summarized quite thoroughly in the July 1, 1998 letter from the
Applicant. The chief concern at the public hearing was the impact caused during the interval
while revegetation was occurring. It was suggested that the regrading be allowed only in
conjunction with the building of the residences on lots 5, 6 and 8.

Recommendation:

City Staff recommends approving the conditional use permit contingent upon a revised grading
plan being submitted and approved by the City Engineer for Site A, and that Site B be allowed to
be graded according to the previously approved plan (June 29, 1995) but only in conjunction
with the construction of the residences on these lots. ~
CommissionAction: \, / ~/, ~ ~9~ ~,~~5'~
Motion to adopt findings o}' fact # ~) relating to North Fork s request for a conditional use
permit to grade and import soils in Northfork and Northfork Links.

Motion to approve North Fork's request for a conditional~ Cse~permit to grade and import soils
based on the findings of fact and adopt Resolution #98-07-__~,,f~claring terms of same.

Motion to deny North Fork's request for a conditional use permit based on the findings of fact.

Reviewed by:

City Attorney

CC: 7/28/98

I

I

I

I
I

I

!
