Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #98-07- RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT SEAN WALTHER WHEREAS, Sean J. Walther began employment at the City of Ramsey on January 20, 1998, as a Community Development Assistant; and WHEREAS, Mr. Walther's supervisor, has given a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Mr. Walther and recommends retaining him at the City of Ramsey as a regular full- time employee, effective July 20, 1998; and WltEREAS, the Personnel Committee, on July 28, 1998 agreed with the recommendation to retain Sean Walther as a regular, full-time employee, effective July 20, 1998. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Sean J. Walther and change his employment status to regular, full-time employee, effective July 20, 1998. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ., upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of July 1998.
