This would most likely occur at 6:00 p.m. <br />as part of the regular monthly meeting already scheduled for the park. <br /> <br />By way of this memo, the Commission and staff are requesting permission to conduct the event <br />as well as inviting City Council participation. <br /> <br />Assuming City Council is comfortable with a ribbon cutting, <br />attached) will be prepared inviting participants <br />Commissioners, staff, the Anoka Union, and QC-TV. <br /> <br />The Commission will have discussed this <br />information may be available at the meeting. <br /> <br /> an invitation (similar to the <br />including Councilmembers, other <br /> <br />event at their July 23, 1998, workshop.
