THE RAMSEY PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> <br />INVIrIES YOU TO A~IEND A RIBBON CUrlrIING <br /> CEREMONT <br /> <br />MONDAY, OCTOBER23, 1995 <br />5:30 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission <br />will be conducting a ribbon cutting ceremony on the <br />Lake Itasca Boardwalk. <br /> <br />The one-quarter mile recently completed boardwalk links almost <br />two miles of the e~sting Lake Itasca Trail. The trailsystem, when <br />complete, will link several neighborhoods and park lands via two <br />loops on either side of the e~sting trail. Upon completion, the trail <br />system will include a segment along County ROad #83 and 153rd <br />Avenue. A second loop is planned to travel west of the Northfork <br />subdivision along Jarvis Street and then parallel Trott Brook to the <br />.present trax This segment of the multipurpose trail will alsojoin <br />the City of ElkP~ver's trailsystem. There are no motorized <br />vehicles allowed on any e~sting trails in the City. <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission cordially invites you to <br />celebrate the completion of the boardwalk with hot cocoa, coffee, <br />and snac~6 on the bridge crossing Trott Brook. Please plan on <br />arriving at 5:30 to allow for a short ceremony at 6:00 p.m. This is <br />a rain or shine event. <br /> A site location map is on the reverse side of this invitation. <br /> <br /> <br />
