Norman, City Administrator <br />Linda Waite Smith, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:45 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />End Probationary Period of Community Development Assistant Sean <br />Walther <br /> <br />Administrative Services Manager Waite Smith reported that Scan Walther has been <br />working for the City of Ramsey as a Community Development Assistant since January <br />20, 1998. His supervisor is the City Engineer and he also works closely with the City <br />Administrator and the Zoning Administrator. All three evaluate his performance as more <br />than satisfactory and recommend that he be retained as a regular, full-time City <br />employee. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to recommend that <br />Council adopt the resolution ending the probationary period for Community <br />Development Assistant Sean Walther and granting him the status of regular, full-time <br />employee, effective July 20, 1998. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
