Code requires all non-residential buildings to be faced with natural or artificial stone, unless <br />otherwise approved by City Council. The existing building is sided with a combination of <br />colored metal panels and brick. In November of 1997, Council approved siding the accessory <br />building like the principal building.. <br /> <br />Because the site is relatively flat, a plan should be submitted showing existing and proposed <br />elevations so that a determination can be made as to how much additional water might drain to <br /> <br />the street. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the amended accessory building size.
